1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the okbaji website at https://okbaji.lat (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and okbaji with respect to your use of the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following any notification of changes to these Terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any modification, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of okbaji services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active okbaji account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. okbaji reserves the right to close any duplicate account and forfeit balances held within it.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okbaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify okbaji immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

okbaji may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is resolved.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on the okbaji Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your okbaji account instantly upon confirmation by the respective payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your okbaji account balance.
• okbaji does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• okbaji reserves the right to refuse a deposit or request additional verification before crediting funds in cases where a transaction appears unusual or potentially fraudulent.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account or mobile wallet registered in the account holder's name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days from the point of approval. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed faster, often within the same business day.
• okbaji reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. During such reviews, the processing timeline may be extended and you may be asked to provide additional documentation.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled only by contacting okbaji support before the withdrawal has been processed. Once a withdrawal has been dispatched, it cannot be reversed.
• Any active bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirement will not be included in withdrawal calculations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

okbaji offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all okbaji promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the okbaji Platform:

7.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet has been confirmed, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of your bet — including the selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are set per market and per event. okbaji reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any particular market at its sole discretion, including on accounts that show patterns of systematic advantage play.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before reaching a decisive point; the event is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time; or a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement due to a data feed error.

7.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to delays and temporary suspension during critical moments of an event. okbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant outcome has been determined, where such a bet was accepted due to a delay in the Platform's data feed.

7.5 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are governed by international cricket betting rules as adopted by okbaji. Match result markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Rain-affected matches resolved via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will be settled on the DLS result.

8. Casino Games

Casino games offered on okbaji — including live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers, and crash games including Spribe titles — are subject to the following terms:

• All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, professionally operated physical dealing equipment. Game outcomes are not influenced by okbaji.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Any conduct that harasses, threatens, or intimidates okbaji staff or other platform users.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the okbaji Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of okbaji or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use the content of the Platform for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of okbaji.

11. Privacy and Data

okbaji collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. okbaji will not sell your personal data to third parties.
